Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through a form on this site, we collect the name, phone number, email address and message you enter, the page you sent it from, and the date and time. We also store a one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. The hash cannot be reversed to recover your IP address; it exists so we can stop automated abuse of the forms.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, and to keep a record of the job. That is the entire purpose. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made of us.
Who sees it
Enquiries are emailed to our own business address and stored in this website's database. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while they are useful for servicing your request and for our own records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets a session cookie when you use a form, which is necessary for it to work securely. Any analytics cookies are only set if you agree to them — see our cookie policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
