Lost car keys replaced
Losing the last key does not mean recovering the car to a dealer.
All-keys-lost is the hardest version of a car key job, and it is still usually solvable where the car sits. The key has to be created from the vehicle rather than copied, and then paired to the immobiliser.
What it involves
- Confirming ownership — logbook or insurance plus photo ID
- Reading the key code from the vehicle
- Cutting a new key to that code
- Programming it to the immobiliser
- Optionally removing the lost keys from the car's memory
It takes longer than duplicating an existing key, so it helps to say "all keys lost" when you first call.

If there is any chance they were stolen rather than mislaid, yes — otherwise they will still start the car.
